We are committed to providing exceptional customer service by offering face-to-face advice centres in Sainsbury's stores across the UK, giving customers the choice to visit us when it suits them most. Customers can talk to our in-store Retail Energy Experts to understand how they can save money on their energy bills and receive free practical energy saving advice on our products and services tailored to their energy needs. Plus, together with Nectar we're also rewarding our customers just for having a product or service with Sainsbury's Energy.
Our aim is to support the UK's transition to a greener future by helping to reduce energy use and lower carbon emissions across the UK.
Collect Nectar points
Sign up to Sainsbury's Energy and you can collect Nectar points on our products and services.
You need to be a Nectar account holder and register with Sainsbury's Energy to collect points. If you do not have a Nectar card, we can request one and register it for you. Offer applies to new customers who sign up to take Standard gas and electricity from Sainsbury's Energy. 2,000 points per fuel will be applied to your Nectar account 15 days after your supply start date and an additional 750 Nectar points per fuel will be applied each quarter for the first year. You must remain on supply for the fuel in question at the time the points in question are issued to receive them.
